I got one online but it comes with no instructions and my computer doesnt have the right programme to get the instructions online...Went into pets at home and they didn't stock them and knew nothing about them.. Got my new tank and new filter just need the right things to put in it before i set it up... *IF* I remember rightly, it should be foam, ceramic, floss/carbon... With the foam being in the bit that stands up in the filter.

Link to online manual. If you've not got adobe reader, it's available from www.Adobe.com

Hi is that the one with three plastic cannistors in? Or with a seperate long plastic thingy and a couple of plastic tubs down the other side? It really doesn't matter as basicaly they all work on the same principle.
Bottom - container - large ceramic prefilter.
Middle - sponge or plastic mesh type stuff.
Top - either the polywool or sintered glass.
Hope this helps

Yeah was in there today, they only stock internal filters now, they stopped selling the external ones and everything to go with them.

That's so strange! As long as you have the foam blocks for the bit that slides up, you should be fine with generic media for the rest of them,  I'd go for sintereg glass, ceramic and then floss or carbon in the top of the baskets.
