April 2006

Marsh marigolds out (both double and single flowering)
Creeping jenny starting to grow
Frog spawn hatched

May 2006

Lots of blanketweed treated with Blanc kit so going slowly
As of 19th may 14 pads up on lily- 22nd may 22 pads
Umbrella plant just starting to show slight sign of life
Water parsley starting
Creeping jenny flowering
Watercress flowering
Loads of rain filled up my pond so most of my tadpoles were eaten
Iris growing well at least twice the size of last year
Parrots feather starting slowly

june 2006

blanketweed starting to go
umbrella plant starting but looks brown on tips of leaves
watermint flowering
iris starting to bud-wont be long before its fully out
water very green in pond

8th june 2006

first iris out today-another 22 in bud ready to bloom

9th june 2006

another 7 iris' out
saw 2 blue damsels, 1 red and 1 blue dragonfly (one even landed on my arm!! :o)

18th june 2006

first lily flower out today
creeping jenny not doing so well-seems to be going yellow once it has flowered
umbrellas doing well
added floating heart kindly sent by sean
lots of damsel fly around
