Bit confused, just tried to change pic and sig, didn't work

21G: ADFs, Amano, Cherry and Tiger Shrimp
50G: Pearl Gouramis, Guppies, Neons, Lemons, Pygmy Cories, Otos, Clown Plec, bristlenose pleco, platies, swords
50G: Tall, bowfront SA setup, Angels, Festivums, Rams, Pictus', Raphael, bristlenose pleco
(10g QT tank)
80g: Mbuna, Red Zebras, Yellow Labs, Blue Cobalts, Lab Hongis, Bumblebees, Syno M.punctatus, Plec

ok, managed to change my sig by deleting olding one, saving thatm then putting in new one nd then saving that, for some reason didn't let me do it in one action

so, still dont seem able to change the avatar?

What I did was

Profile --> Forum Profile Information --> I will upload my picture --> Browse --> (selected picture) --> click Change Profile
