Hi everyone, was wondering what sort of increase on the bioload four or so shrimps (amano or cherry red most likely) would have? Tank is approx 115l, running an external eheim 2222 filter, 1 fantail,. body length approx 3 inches, 10 white cloud minnows, and a bunch of plants.  The tank generally runs at about 21-22 degrees, which from what i read is reasonable temp for these shrimps. I'm conscious with the goldy in there the waste potential is increased and I don't want to do anything that might overstress the filter, or the existing fish.

Any thoughts?

Cheers,
Andrew

Thanks for the reply. That has crossed my mind, but given plenty of plant cover and even some caves made out of coconut shells (a failed attempt to nurture some java moss!) I thought the risk was probably quite low of them becoming fish snacks :)
