Red slime Algae - AquaMedic's Anti Red

Has anybody used Anti red to elininate red slime algae? Ive ordered some but have discovered its been banned in the USA, I dont know why but its slightly worrying.
Ive recently set up a new marine tank but unfortunately having transferred over my live rock from my old tank ive also transferred the red slime and now its going crazy, its very depressing!!!

sorry, personally haven't heard of it but I've been out of the marine industry for about 1 yr now .

It may just be a new tank syndrome and you have to let it take it's course of action!

Have you tested for phosphates ?

It was like that when i got there
