well done indeed, a VAST improvement and really nice Smile

I have a Q, the guard, is it "Safapond" and did you install it or get the guys to do it? I know it's not cheap but money shouldn't be an option where children's lives are at risk. I've reccomended this product to a few people but the price seems to put them off even though it's an "outside source" to the shop. We could buy the product and install for a customer but either way it's not cheap.

I commend you for going the lengths to make it safe Yes

The guard is similar to safapond, infact pretty much identical, a company called 'pondsafety' are responsible for the product and installed it for us, your right it wasnt cheap.  But it's real peace of mind with the two little ones.

Lovely pond, I love the waterfall. Will that safety gauard come out if you need it to, or is it permantent?

 Looks absolutely fantastic.

It's obviously vital, but I always feel these things take away a bit of the beauty of ponds.

Have to admit, I'd love a little Pond.

the guard is not permanent, it unclips if required, but is a bit of a hassle to unplug for maintenance.

fd: youre right it does take away a bit of the beauty, but its setup like this, or not have a pond  :)

Well done, do you fancy coming and giving me a hand for a while, I have let mine slip a bit in the last year. Oh btw, just so you know, a heron could still fish through that guard.
