we saw at our LFS today, a mimic puffer? were told its a filefish that mimics a valentini puffer?were also told it was a peaceful fish and wouldnt eat any clean up crew?im a bit cautious, and would like to know will it end up eating a cleaner shrimp, snails and hermit crabs etc?even if the fish was kept well fed?any advice/info on these fish?info on net not much help

Hi i would play safe rather than try it? The only option would be {if you had a spare marine tank?} and put it in there and place some feeder shrimps in there and see whats it reaction is? If your local fish shop was any good they could do this in the shop as you watched? just a thought?
