Just to say a few words of praise for Hozelock and their customer service team. As some of you may know, my UV has been giving me problems for some time and having returned the ballast for a replacement, they have replaced the whole filter. This was done with extreme efficiency and I have never been happier with the way I have been treated, as we should when we pay for something, AS A CUSTOMER!

There are still some helpful customer service people left in the world. It's always worth pushing things for an answer and a postive conclusion
In response to emailed proof of purchase date etc they sent me a replacment pump by the next post. Can't ask for better than that.
