hi everyone my first post been doing a fishless cycle with fish food for three weeks my amonia level now reads zero and my nitrite and nitrate are rising should i now do a water change or leave that untill my nitrite level has dropped to zero  thanx for any help..

 Dont do a water change until the tank is fully cycled - when the nitrite is zero.

as Dave said, by doing a water change now will give you false readings when testing. The results will look lower but will be false.

I found the waiting to be the hardest as most on here know LOL

yeah its a tropical one other question is i have snails came in on my plants whats the best fish to keep these down its a 75ltr tank so nothing to big

 Botia sidthimunki - group of 5, they get to about 2.5" tops. Anything else will get too big (although the larger loaches are better snail munchers).
