    The only survivor

Have recently lost two comets to swim bladder and have a little coloured mixed comet she is very small baby like.

Now because the tank is big enough for more fish was looking into koi.

Realise koi are japenese fancy fish that most thrive in ponds but they had them in a tank about 3 inches long kois in the pet shop and they seemed happy.

Will it be safe to keep a little comet with a bigger fish koi they won bullie or squabble etc.

Will probably just get one koi seen a nice silver koi would like.

Do they eat the same flake food as comets.

Koi grow far too big for tanks, and will pick on other fish once they get bigger, please dont put them in the tank. di

Always remember that you are unique; just like everyone else.

    Agree with Di.

Koi might look great in a tank at 3" but what happens when they grow to 2 ft in two years?

Had a feeling that might be the case thanks.

Also if a fish has swim bladder what can use to wedge it up so its in the normal swimming postion thanks.

If the fish is like in a bucket but lying on its side cause of bladder.
