THE COMPS ARE BACK!!

Yes, you have just read that right, the competitions are back! 

Thanks to Gav, it's now easier then ever to upload your pics for the competition! simply go to http://www.fishcrazy.co.uk/competitions and up load your pictures! To keep it fair, each person is limtited to 3 entries. Entries will only be accepted up until 21st of April, this is so we can have a week of voting, and then a week of sorting out the winner. The winner of the previous month's competition cannot enter into the next month's comp, for example, who ever wins in April will not be allowed to enter in May.

Feel free to ask any questions you have, or if you think i've forgotten anything!

I didn't upload but went through the motions and looks easy enough

Is there a specific size etc or will they be resized by mods/admin? If we knew what physical size is acepted we could cut/resize to our own preference and save mods/admin time too

 Because this is going to be ran through the gallery now, the pics (or so i beleive) can be any size, and if they're too big, we/I'll resize them.

Yup no need to worry about manually resizing images, the site will handle that for you automagically...

 You can't vote or veiw them until the 21st of April, then you have a week to vote for them. I'm doing it this way because it'll be much easier for me and the admin to finalise the winners, notify them, and generally sort things out. :)

 Although I'd like to see the photo's entered I have noticed on some other forums that if there's stunning photo's in people tend not to bother as they think "oh mine will never beat that" soo, going "blindfolded" might work better :)

Could you maybe update us every few days with stats, ie ** people entered/** pics entered ?

yea it sounds a much better way of doing it, people wont be put off by my wonderful pics then and i think its much better if we dont know who posted what pics, that way it the merit of the photo that takes full consideration.  I managed to load my photos without a single hitch so it must be simple, have a go guys, not resizing or anything i just did it to see if it was easy to do im sure the photos arnt really that good. di

only 3 days to go, i'll sort some pics out over the weekend
