Marisys 240 - Do I have a leak?

Hi every one
Ive just set up a Marisys 240 filter and have a constant drip from a piece a of small tube that forms part of the overflow box.  I was wondering if anyone is familiar with the system and if so can confirm whether the drip i have is part of the design or if my unit is faulty.
The drip comes out of the small tubing that comes away from the v-joint and attaches to a larger rigid pipe via a blue clasp like attachment.

sounds like a leak to me.
