The mouth on one off my ghost koi has gone white and has what looks like a big spot on it's top lip I havea a couple of pics they aren't great but youy can see what i mean it's the samll black fish just under the big gold one he's still eating fine and swimming with rest of the fish.

i think it's probably a injury of some sort, which has started to fungus, he needs to be quarantined so you can treat him..
i'd use melafix or summat similar

It's not fungus its to smooth My LFS thinks it could be Fish/carp pox which from what i have read on the internet it could well be. If it is fish pox then there is little I can do as it's a virus It's not suppose to be contagious and should clear up on it's own
let's hope it is pox then, as you say, it'sunightly, but harmless
it is pox i had the same with two of mine and yes it do clear up and the other fish will be ok the way they get it is they rub there head on plant pots rocks and get a small scrach you can get some stuff can not remember the name of it but save money and catch the fish dry of the area and put a dab of anti parasite on it like i did and it will be ok is it just the ghost that have it as must koi gets it at some time or other but not all hope that helps out
